Monday Night Football has been an NFL staple since 1970. It’s the primetime game of the week that has been picked as the match-up with the most potential for dramatic upsets, hard-hitting battles, last-minute heroics and over-the-top excitement. Week 4 of 2024 brings Geno Smith to Ford Field.
The Seahawks and Lions have a recent history that makes Detroit fans grind their teeth. In 2022 a post-season win by Seattle eliminated the Lions from play-off contention. Last year at Ford Field, the Seahawks handed Detroit one of its few losses on a controversial TD in the last seconds on the game. The gritty Lions are primed for retribution from this new nemesis.
Momentum Sports Tours provides great lower-level seats, just 20 rows off the field, near the Lions’ bench in section 111. The motorcoach has monitors showing Detroit Lions DVD highlights and predictions, while traveling to the game. The tailgate meal provides 7 delicious items, mostly home-made.
