DETROIT LIONS vs WASHINGTON COMMANDERS – Sun., September 18

By Ken Knoll

Lower level corner seat close to the field, comfortable motor-coach, 7-item tailgate meal

The first few games of the season, especially this 2022 season, will normally determine the path and direction for the rest of the year. This is the Detroit Lions’ second game, and consequently one of the most important. The offense had been improved significantly. And it will be especially fun to see how the upgraded defense handles Carson Wentz and J.D. McKissock. Expect over-the-top explosive excitement!

Bus departs at 8:00 am from the Cascade Meijer parking lot at Kraft and 28th St SW, near where US 96 crosses 28th St SW. Detroit Lions and NFL dvds will be shown throughout the bus for traveling entertainment. The bus is equipped with wi-fi and charging outlets at each seat for your phones. When the bus parks one block from Ford Field, an all-you-can-eat tailgate meal will be set up. Bring your own beverage.
